We all work for the Perintal mental health team in South West Yorkshire. We regularly work with women who experience post partum psychosis and want to do more to raise awareness and funds for this illness.
We are doing a 1 mile swim in Windermere. None of us are distance swimmers so it will be quite a challenge for us!
